internet explorer runtime error help

i need help with this error.. i haven't tried to fix it in like a week.. it's VERY annoying.. everytime i close out a page on Internet Explorer, i get an error that says Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" abnormal program termination.. and when i click OK or whatever it exits out all my pages.. i have no clue how to fix this.. and no.. i don't have Google Toolbar installed

 

Are you using AOL?
In any case, you might try re-installing the Visual C++ Runtime

AOL? nope, but ill try reinstalling what you just gave me and see if that works

EDIT: umm when i install it.. it goes through a few steps then randomly dissapears :S iunno
