internet explorere keeps popping up even though i dont invoke the app

    Please help me with this malware problem. IE keeps opening up with different website. i believe there is a RootKit TNCore/Trace some where on my computer.
    i tried many different anti virus softwares to take this virus out. still no luck. please please help. i tired this already "Basic computer maintenance everyone should do"
