Internet has slowed to a crawl...help!

I have Roadrunner internet. For the past couple of days, it has been slower than my dial-up ever was. I have run my AVG anti-virus, Spybot S&D, CCleaner, CWShredder, Ad-aware, and a-squared. My antivirus picks up nothing. Ad-aware picks up a couple of non-critical objects, and Spybot always catches a DSO exploit. Now, my CWShredder refuses to update. It will stop responding, then when I restart it, it says a variant of some Trojan Horse is attempting to disable it and it will start with a different string of code (?). It will run fine then, if I only run it...it doesn't find anything. It still won't let me update it. I am not sure if this has anything to do with my problem of slow surfing or not. All my Temp files and cookies have been dumped. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? I would really appreciate any help. Thank you.

 

This could possible be Malware thats slowing you down, I would suggest posting this in the Spyware Specific forum so that we can rule this out.
