Internet Slowed

Hi there this is my first time comeing into the forums here. I would like someone to possibly to help me with fixing internet problems that I don't know why but for some reason or another it is slowed down tremendously? And I was wondering if someone could help me with this and to possbily to fix it? Thanks in advance.

Here on majorgeeks is an application called complete internet repair.
iv'e used it many of times myself.

Another application on majorgeeks is tweaking.com instant repair.
it has some of the best command tools, one being repair winsock, reset services to default settings.

you can also try in run command, ipconfig /flush dns
this will flush all ex - visited sites, from buffer.

Over issues that could effect slow internet, is apps in chrome or over browers.
So you would have to reset the browser and disable any side app that are added.

Its very frustrating behaviours, a grate handful of things to try out and time is the key part
to figure out what going on. malware could be effecting the files which are slowing you down, but not in all cases
the scanning will fix the issue.

I would do a scan firstly and try one or the over applications - complete internet repair.
then if that don't solve anything, then do tweaking.com
