Ip Foreign Address

My printer drivers won't connect with my printer because of foreign IP address linked up to my computer. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of these.

 

1. Brand and exact model of printer.
2. What is the printer connected to? Choices are: computer, router, print server.
3. Specifics of your computer (version of Windows).
4. If the printer is connected to a router, what is the brand and exact model of the router.
