I had this problem since 4 day's ago, i created a dedicated server, but after 10 minutes everyone has a ping of 1200, i know what IP spoofing does so i just wanted to know how u stop it, i just don't know what to do!! there was also a Smurf atack (that's what the security Log said). what can i do about it???

Will installing a firewall delete this problem?? i think not but just a question!!!

Looks like you have a proxy or security program installed doing that.

Are you sure that login success isn't you logging into your router config?

The cannot find ntp time errors speak volumes about the reason why people are having ping problems.

You tried updating your Router firmware recently?

The reason I say this is because unless you are using an unlucky ntp server, this generally indicates you are losing connection on the internet side of the router.
