IP Traffic Monitor

    Hi, i'm running windows server 2003 with a cisco pix. I have about 12 workstations all running xp pro. I want to monitor all of the traffic coming in and out of the network, especially ip addresses. I have a few people logging in from home using go to my pc and I want to track when they are in the network.. The pix is controlled by an off site company. Is there any good software I can use to monitor the traffic? Thanks in advance.
