Ipps.dll - Norton Antivirus Problem

hello-
i'm running windows 2000, i got a norton antivirus alert today that i was infected with trojan.vundo. i went to the norton website, downloaded the virus removal utility, ran it, and the log says the virus was removed.

however, i still have a box that will not go away with a virus warning, informing me that norton is denied access to C:\WINNT\addins\ipps.dll

i checked the file: it's in use by windows, and it has been modified since i installed windows.

this stupid virus alert box won't go away. what do i do?
