Is any of this a good idea?

I found this site the other day and have been considering the advice, but I want to make sure it is safe first, and I feel comfortable asking advice from this site.

Especially the deleting the dll cache, because that is a full folder. I don't think I'll delete the restore folder, either.

Some expanded info on what these folders actually do would be of great help.

I wouldn't. Reasons are your not gonna gain that much space, and its all system stuff. If your hruting for space so bad that 200 meg is a different, then your probably in need of a new hd or more storage space. I do recommend running crap cleaner as it will safely delete many temp files and such.
