is there a free way to make a good defragmentor

i want to write myself an overly effective disk defragmentor but im new to the whole programming thing is there a free program to try it (i dont want overlay of regular defragmentors) and if so can someone give me the link and maybe i slight step by step or a great defragmentor not diskeeper light or power defrag already have!
(note already checked all from major geeks)

 

I really like this freeware program, more than the pay for program trials I have used, or the ones mentioned. Recently discovered it here and have it installed on three of four XP operating system in the house. Sorry if you have tried it, but somehow I had missed it.

Make your own defragger? Eh, why not man? Being new to the whole programming thang will be a hindrance for several years. BTW, links to what? Man, give you a step by step primer too? I doubt anyone will give their time for that, if at all even possible.Lookk at some code man.
