Is there any way to restore the original Windows 8.1 default file associations?

I was changing some of them but I think I accidentally changed some I didn't mean to. I can't find a way to get back to the original "factory" default associations. Is it possible?

Thanks. I decided ultimately to do a system restore. Bit of a nuisance, but it's put things back to how they were before I started ****ing around with them, so that's good enough for me.
