Is There ANY Way To Speed Torrents Up?

I've been looking all over the place for the film 'Four Brothers' but can't find it on Limewire or anywhere so thought I'd try Torrentspy.com.

Well I found it straight away and am using bittorrent to download it but it's only going at 3KB/s.

It was the top one in the list and had a green bar next to it which I guess meant it was popular/gonna download fast.
