Is this a good deal? Or a rip?

For 750, total, I could get -

Pentium M 740 - 1.73 ghz, 2 mb l2 cache, 533 mhz fsb
512 ddr2 - expandable to 2 gb
60 gb 5400 rpm hd (im not a big storer)
15.4 wxga
Intel GMA 900
Adapter
CDRW/DVD
dell internal b/g wireless

Is that a good deal, or one of those laptops that will stink for even basic use within a year? I'm not looking to do anything fancy on it, but I want something with headroom for even basic tasks. Especially browsing, where flat HTML has been replaced with flash, video etc... word processing ...... mp3/dvd play back..... IM.

The same system wsa 669 last night, now it's 750, but with a 60 GB over a 40.

 

Looks like about average.
