isntaliing scaner drivers

    i cannot seem to install successfully any scaner drivers on my desktop. i tried NRG and Canoscaner 3200F but failed. it is giving me an error; 0x80040803 for the canotoolbox and NRG ; error in scanner code 21770

    usually go to the manifacturs web site from the correct driver
    have you changed the os for the pc might need a diffrent driver for the diffrent os

    Not all scanners work with every version of windows. (I have an old Visioneer that I had a terrible time getting to work on anything above Windows 9x because the company did not write drivers).
    You did not mention what version of windows you are using and the make and model of scanner.
