Issues with Sys32 files

I've been having issues with the following files:
newdev.dll
drvinst.exe
dinotify.exe

All these files are constantly blocked by my firewall, Comodo. I've scanned them with malwarebytes and Avira and all have been found safe. They try to modify weird files (of which, admittedly, I have no idea what they do). I can't install any foreign devices because of this weird problem.

Dinotify.exe says that's it's constantly unable to find the path (something along those lines), and the others are just out right blocked. I even disable my firewall and anti-virus and they don't work.

Any idea as to what is going on, and how to fix it?

You have spyware.

when you have run the MGTools and have the logs, start a new thread

and post the logs as attachments.

One of the malware fighters that work in that section of the forum will look over your logs and tell you what to do to get your computer clean.
Be patient because they are sometimes very busy and it might take 1 or 2 days before you get a response BUT you will get one.

Once someone has said the computer is clean, if you still have problems, post back in this section of the board.

 

I never would have thought I would have had any malicious things on my computer. I feel pretty stupid about now.
