Itunes phone compatability

    So I had my father download an album on itunes, but it won't play on his phone. I think it is a U.S. Cellular Crush phone. I don't have the phone with me, otherwise I would give more information.

    My question is should I be looking at Itunes DRM policies or file incompatibility?
