I've attached the scan logs

Whilst I am not getting all the error messages now, my internet does not work. I get: Generic Host process for Win32 Services - ntall.dll error

I am also being told that the internet is not connected and that I have RAS installed.

Initially I could access the internet after I completed the scans but then I lost control of everything - like it was taken over.

I have attached the scans and it would be really appreciated if you could take a look and see if anything is obvious to you.

I really do appreciate the help this forum is giving.

Don't worry about looking through the scans. I got so fed up I wiped the lot out. I am sure that it was long overdue anyway. My poor old system has been chugging along for quite a while now and needed a spring clean.

I didn't expect you to inspect the logs that quickly, it was just after battling with the thing for days - I reached the end of my tether and took drastic action. I made sure that I followed you instructions on making it as safe as possible though.

Everyone on this forum does a great job and very much appreciated. I certainly know where to come when I need to look something up or for good advice on an issue. That's one good hing to come of my problems - I found this forum!
