I've been HiJacked! grrr

I have the latest version of Hijack This! and SpyBot S&D; also recently d/l Spyware Blaster as well just because I recently have been getting a window that keeps displaying something about a "dialer" and have also recently been having my home page, search bar, etc., reset. I've run Hijack This! several times, find the "issues" and check them to get rid of them, and yet this keeps on returning. The last time I had this problem, I did all of the above once and it took care of it.
I honestly can't figure out what's making this crap come back and it's driving me nuts! (not a very long trip, really).
If someone out there can provide assistance/guidance, it would be greatly appreciated!

if you have is your software up to date?

is there anything in your hjt log that you dont know?

where do you get sent?

 

Thanks for the reply! I spent this morning doing everything advised on the post you suggested I read. Hopefully we got rid of everything. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. When I get home from work tonight, I'll re-run all the apps I installed that check this "stuff" and see what it tells me.
