Just got an old Garmin, what now...

    I was just given this old GPS unit that still works fine.

    I've found the cable hack info. So hurdle #1 over but what next. Where do I get the software to add way points? Is there an open source version and is there a Linux version. This so far is going to cost me batteries so looking to do this on the cheap.

    I have both Windows and Linux but my laptop is Linux so would love both versions, if they exist.
