Kaspersky Rescue Disk

Hi

I'm trying to run Kaspersky Rescue Disk. The problem I'm faced with is the mouse wont work when in the Graphic mode of Kaspersky. I cant seem to enter Text mode or have a look at Hardware info - the disk runs but fails to enter.

I've used the rescue disk before a few months ago, no issues.

Any ideas on how to get the mouse operating, or even using the keyboard for operations instead.

What version? Are your devices USB?

Mouse is wireless, connected through a usb - is that what you mean?

 

Yes because I am seeing that v10 had problems with USB ports not working.

Does your computer have PS/2 ports? If so, I'd hook up a PS/2 keyboard and mouse if you have any around.
