    gimpster123 Bring out the Gimp.

Kubuntu running w/ compiz fusion installed. I'm unable to get any of the effects working. (wobble, cube, etc...) I've enabled the settings, restarted, but nothing.

Once you install it, it will show up in your programs as advanced settings..."something" or another. Make sure the effects you want are enabled (checked).

What version of KDE are you using?

    3.9 or 4.0?

Get Envy- it will install the 100+ drivers for the Nvidia card.

no, I am asking if the effects are enabled.

Have you gone and removed the .compiz folder in your home directory and restarted X/KDE?
