If your copy was purchased legitimately you need to contact Microsoft. If it is a pirate copy you will not get assistance with illegal software on these forums.

Did you get it through one of these online deals for uni students or something of the kind? If so, that may be a third party that you are dealing with to make the purchase through and if you supply them with the email address you would have had to use to get your key, they may be able to resend you the key to that email address.
