keyboard and mouse wont boot all the time

    i have a laptop hp pavillion zv600 and there are a lot of imes when i boot it up the keyboard the mouse and the soundcard dont work if someone has in formation on this i would appreciate the help i was told it was the motherboard but we were told it was other things to so i dont quite trust ther judgement thanks buger
