   Keyboard does not respond while trying to boot into safe mode. Cannot reinstall bios, since keyboard does not respond when prompted to enter to proceed. Keyboard is again available when Windowds 98 loads. Norton antivirus is up to date and clean. Adware is loaded and files are clean. Cannot reload Windows 98 because keyboard is unavailable to enter Microsoft license.
