   My Dell laptop is an older unit. I've upgraded the OS to winXP-SP2. My keyboard has a peculiar malfunction where the "b" & "n" keys along with the spacebar and the rt & dn arrow keys frequently quit operating. when 1 goes out they all go out...when they're working they all work. frequesnt rebooting does not make a diff.
   any suggestions...many thx

   Your problem sounds pretty similar to this one also on a DELL notebook HERE so following ASUS's post their this is the removal instructions to your DELL, the problem could be either a loose connection or a failing keyboard in which a new one would be needed.
