Know of any Spyware problems with EBAY?

I spoke with a guy who comes out and cleans up computers, with the kind of info you all offer for free...for my work computer. The employer is probably going to throw out the computer, but I hoped to save it.

I told him that if it was cleaned and we could password stop the other person from ever getting on line again, all would be well as I only visit about 5 or 6 sites, none of them questionable. I mentioned that Ebay was one of them. He said that there are some problems with Ebay.

Has anyone heard of this?

 

To my knowledge there is nothing wrong with eBay as I use it everyday.
