Laptop disconnects everyone every 15minutes

Hey guys I'm new here,

I've come across a rather unusual problem with my internet. This is the problem;

1. Everyone at home (2 computers excluding me) internet works perfectly fine with no disconnections

2. Once I turn on my WiFi OR connect to the internet via cable on my laptop, internet works fine for 15 minutes for everyone (including myself) and then it disconnects EVERYONE.

3. Once it disconnects, it requires 1-2 minutes before the internet comes back and this cycle repeats itself ASLONG as my laptop is connected to the internet no matter if its through WiFi or cable.

4. However, when I go to my friends house with my laptop, internet works perfectly fine, no disconnections of anyone.

So after some intense internet browsing I have no idea how to fix this problem.

Things that I have tried:

1. Malwarebytes virus scan
2. Replaced modem
3. Updating my drivers
4. Turned off firewall
5. Replacing new cable
6. Power cycling
7. ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
8. netsh int ip reset reset.log
netsh winsock reset catalog


Any help would be awesome, this problem has frustrated me for just over a week now, and I have no clue what could be wrong.
