Laptop display jumps

    I have a Dell Inspiron 6000, lately the display will suddenly jump, then return to the original place. It only moves slightly, and always corrects. Seems to do it more when a page is loading. I recently installed Norton Antivirus and Spysweeper. I'm not sure if this could be software or hardware problem. I'm worried it will get worse if I don't find a cure for it soon. Thanks for any help.
