Cross posting is not a good idea due to wasting valuable resources. Also you have to consider the confusion caused as more than one helper tries to clean up your infection.

Decide who you wish to work with and let the forum you are not going to work with know to be respectful.

I appreciate the fact that you need to get it fixed, however you didn't wait long enough in the other forum, you need to have patience. It DOES hurt to post in two forums at once for exactly the reasons that I outlined above.

So... you going to stay with BC or do you wish to continue with malware removal with us?

It won't be necessary to request that they delete the thread, all you have to do is make a new post and explain that you are now receiving help elsewhere.
