I Believe the problem is the port in the back where the plug goes to charge it.
I think it may be a broken connector.

    It is a difficult fix?
The company said its like 200 to fix. I dont even think the laptop is worth 200 So i really dont want to pay it.

my friend bought one for a dell on ebay and replaced it himself, a half assed solder job and it was fixed. It's soldered onto the motherboard so you could try it if you feel like it.

Well until you have a good look you won't be able to ascertain the exact problem. Here are some guides on Laptop disassembly which I have used in the past. If your make and model aren't listed have a look through several and try and find one with a similar shape and layout and use it "generically" to have a good look:

You do this at your own risk, but I have found them very helpful.
