Laptopp really slow accessing website

Good afternoon,
For the last few weeks, I have been having problems loading websites. It can take up to a minute to load them. I tested my internet speed, and it sucks, but it is what it is supposed to be.
I have done everything I can think of, but still, my websites load slow. It is across all 3 browsers, so I am worried, that it may be the laptop.
I have attached the logs. TDSkiller didn't find anything or generate a log?

Re run Hitman and have it remove all it finds.

It does not look like you had Malware Bytes fix what it found, please do so and then rescan attaching hopefully a clean log.

Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.

Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.

Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista or Seven, right-mouse click it and select Run as Administrator.

The tool will open and start scanning your system.

Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.

On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.

Attach JRT.txt to your next message.

Now explain how things are running.

OK...sorry it took so long to get back to you.

I had to change my antivirus, as my McAfee expired yesterday...went back to Avast.

Until tonight, I couldn't get Hitman Pro to work, as it kept timing out, due to the slow load time. So...I finally gave up, and ran Malware Antibytes and JRT. After I ran JRT (log attached), I was finally able to get Hitman Pro to work, so I started your process again.

I am happy to say, there is a definite improvement! It is now only taking a 3 - 5 seconds to load a website, from the 1 minute time a few days ago.

I am attaching 2 JRT files, just so you can see what I took our before I was able to get Hitman Pro to run, and then the current one. Please note that JRT2 was the first one I ran, and JRT is the current one.

Excellent.

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:

We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.

Renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it in step 4 of the READ & RUN ME.

Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.

If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.

Now goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.

Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
