Lexmark 1150 Printer

Hello

I have a problem. I have a Lexmark 1150 printer. Prior to this one, I had another Lexmark printer. My current software shows both a Lexmark 2400 and Lexmark 1100 (i could not find my disc for the 1150 and Lexmark website said to use the 1100 software instead). I recently had my computer cleared of viruses. At start up, I am getting the following message:

RunDLL-there was a problem starting \3\LXCRtime.dll

I tried to uninstall the Lexmark 2400 software but it wont uninstall. I saw a thread

that advice to use CCleaner to remove it. How can i be sure that the Lexmark 2400 is causing this problem and not Lexmark 1100. I looked at CCleaner startup and saw that the Lexmark 2400 registries are in the startup, not the 1100.

 

This is a different Lexmark dll (probably applies to a different model printer) but read the article so you know where the location is.

I tried the download but still got the error message. I was able to delete the old software and now i dont get the error message. Thanks.
