Lighting strike?

Hello geeks!!

So...i come home from Vacation and my rig will not start up. I found out that we had some big storms while i was gone. I have 4 things plugged into my surge protector: desktop, modem, printer, monitor. The monitor and the printer both work...the desktop and the modem did not power u...I am guessing lighting hit the phone line and took these 2 items out (I have dsl)...I have replaced the modem and got the internet back up and running. I bought a new power supply (700w) for my computer and put that in, but it did not start up..So, I am guessing I need a new motherboard...My question to you all is whats a good motherboard to replace it with..This is the board that was in it:

but it is out of stock at newegg...and before i go searching the net for this motherboard, I was wondering if there was an upgrade to this motherboard or what is a good mother board to replace it with?

Did you check your Fuse Breaker panel first to see if the switch was triped.

Some times if a power surge happens it will trigger a tripe on the outlet even the whole room so check the breaker box first.

 

Yeah, breakers were good and even tried to power up desktop in a different room..as i said 2 of the 4 things plugged in to the surge protector were working and 2 were not...the 2 not working (desktop + modem) had phone lines plugged in them...any way...

I've just been peepin' and lookin' around on the internet and cant seem to find the exact mobo that i had...this is the one i have now (not working):
