Limewire adware and spyware problem

Hi. Before you say. I've tried everything in the pinned topic, to no avail I even tried going into safe mode and everything. I'm at the end of my tether here!

I'm getting pop-ups from fake companies claiming to advertise programs that cleans my computer of spyware and whatever. It'd hijack the firefox browser, and open a new tab, resize the window and open an advert. It did so just there as I'm typing this. It's making my life hell, trying to get help!

PLEASE HELP! And please don't delete the HijackThis log, just read it and tell me what to do please.
