   This access point is working out of the box but I can not access the setup progran using the defalt 192.168.1.245. I have reset several times as recommended with out any luck. Any suggestions?

   Try giving your computer a static ip of 192.168.1.5 and connect your computer directly to the AP. Thats usually what i do when i config an AP for the first time.
