linux installation doesn't dtect any partitions

    I tried different versions of linux, but alas at partitioning phase all say hardisk detection error . Although when files are being loaded in memory at the beginning i can see it detecting the hardisk and displaying its serial number but this error only occurs at partitioning phaze. Please any help would be greatly appreciated!!
