Ok, I recently decided to install Ubuntu and i have 2 partitions, one partition is 100gb which dual boots my ubuntu and windows xp pro, my drive is a 160gb drive though so there is 60 gb's of free space floating around that I would like to setup a linux / ubuntu ftp server on.

How do i do this with ubuntu? when i click on my computer on both ubuntu and windows and it only shows the 100gb drive', not the remaining space of the 60gbs

remember i am new to linux comeing from windows, so PLEASE try to put it in windows terms if you can so i will understand, thanks in advance
