Loacation of inverter Dell

    I'm going to change the inverter on a Dell INSPIRON 2200. I not sure were it's located in the base or in the top. Thanks for any advise. In advance Chuck

    I'm assuming you're talking about the power (or AC) inverter. I'm not 100% sure about that model of Dell, but they're usually near the AC plug, and you'll go in thru the bottom...
    GOOD LUCK!!! Replacing on-board laptop components is a serious undertaking and a royal PITA ;)
