Logs Posted

My main problem is whenever I try to go to any website or download anything (regardless of the browser I use) it takes an abnormally long time and the icon just keeps spinning for a minute or two and half the time it never loads and just has an error. The website will eventually load after I refresh it a few times. I think it might be some sort of proxy error. I know I got a spigot type virus about a month ago, but I thought I cleaned it out. Not sure if that is playing a part also.

Did that yesterday and system seemed to be running better for a bit, but now just as bad (if not worse) as before.

If I go into the control panel --> system and security, it says 3 things:

1) Blacoleref was found on your PC
2) Windows did not find antivirus software on your computer
3) Windows defender is turned off

Should I run the scans again and post new logs?

 

Hitman finds nothing now, see attached log.

 

Also, not sure if this helps but sometimes when pages do eventually load certain pictures or buttons will show up as documents with sad faces on them and if I hover over it it will say operation times out. Seems like some things still struggle to load (maybe a java problem)...really no clue though.
