He had no spare PC case and was building a 2nd PC so this is what he did. He taped all the parts on to a piece of wood lol.

It must have really good airflow, lol.
Now seriously this can't live for long. PCs ain't like trucks, they're delicate.

 

Also, it's not earthed if the motherboard is strapped to a piece of wood!!!

One spark and the whole thing will blow and can't be used....

The PSU provides the ground, no other ground is necessary.

You know, my friend had a similar idea, just put all the components together in a pile in his drawer (what a space saver!). Of course it was still a bad idea considering everything that's in contact with one another, not to mention being prone to almost everything.

I take it he's not done yet because I don't see any RAM, plus the other loose ends. And that he likes milk.
