looking for a cheap printer, any suggestions?

    Hello,
    I am looking for a cheap low maintaince printer to handle a lot of color printing. What I mean by cheap is the refills. I own a lexmark X5150 all in one printer my wife gave me for Christmas, but the refills are 32.00. I have been using refill kits but that is getting old. I am looking for a decent printer with refills around 15.00 or so. Quality of pictures are not an issue so I dont need something of that nature. I usually use draft print/quick print but I still go thru a lot of ink.


    Any Suggestions?

    You get what you pay for. You may find a cheaper printer, but refills will be more often and more expensive. This will take a lot of research, I suggest some magazines that routinely compare printer and their ink useage.

    Well I don't mind paying extra for a printer, its the refills and size of the refills I need to be cheap.
