Looking for a program to restrict internet access...

    Hi there,

    I'm looking for a program which I can use on windows XP to prevent certain user log-ins from accessing the internet.

    Has anyone got any suggestions please?

    i have used mcafee privacy manager (it is free for comcast high speed internet subscribers), and it requires a separate login, but...mcafee is a real resource hog. but it worked real good tho.

    are you talking about limiting viewable sites on the internet or no access to interent all together?

    Don't need a program ...internet tools/ content/content advisor/set your level(enable)/set a password ....then security/customize/at the very bottom/require password.

    I'm looking to block internet access altogether for a single account.

    TimW, are you sure that uses the content advisor password and not just the users username and password?
