Looking for free music converter and same for pc cleaner

    I used dbpower amp to convert music to wav but when I got the Dell computer, could not use it, it did not recognize my SimgaTel Sound.

    Also trying to find a free software that will clean my computer

    My main use of VLC in audio conversion is making .wav files out of .mp3 files so I can burn them to CD to play in the truck. If you need a walk thru on this, post back...
