Looking for Good Disaster Recovery software for network servers

    Alright guys i have 3 windows 2003 servers I am looking for some sort of DR software that can be utilized for doing real time updates and in case of an emergency we can switch to our back up servers will be able to pick up the rest of the slack? any suggestions?
