Looking for help on a Quick X setup problem

Hello all, I just recently downloaded X setup off this fine site, looking to hide a specific program inside of my Add/ Remove Program list, although right now all the only thing I'm coming up with is removing just that applet itself. I am quite certain this is from my inexperience with the program itself having just picked it up, Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

 

I can't help you on X Setup, I tend to avoid programs like that because I could do too much damage to my computer.
