losing hard drive free space

    Hi, i would really appreciate help here. I am continually losing my hard drive free space. I have to hard drives (C,D) and the problem only appears to be happening with the main one drive C. What happens is, no matter how much space i free up, it always seems to wind down to 0 bytes. The actual size of this hard drive stays the same, but the free space gets taken up. I don't know WHAT to do and I have ran hijack this, here is my log...
