lost loggin password on xp

I am running XP Pro, SP-2 and I forgot my admin password. How can I retrieve it ? Any freeware available to find my password?

I tried ''loggin recovery'' last week and they failed to come-up with the correct password. I will try again and advise. You guys run a GREAT Website!!!

Boot into safe mode (usually by pressing F8 while booting up- check your owners manual) and log into the default Administrator account. The password field should be blank, unless you have set a password previously. From there you can access the user accounts through the control panel.
