Noticed I have lost the Window's XP "Default" Icon related to the opening of associated files?

Mainly the URL's of internet web pages and music associations?

With the Internet Explorer 7 I have only have a icon with "Blue/Red/Green???"
    Not the Internet Explorer

Using Windows XP SP2 Internet Explorer 7 Outlook Express 6

I can't remember if Sysinternals icon fixer and other options includes this issue. Perhaps someone else knows about it?
