low overhead video conferencing software???

    the title said it all,

    i would appreciate people's recommendations for low overhead video conferencing software,
    with one caveat, it must run on windows 2000 (on AMD1k CPU) and winXP (on P4 1.6Ghz CPU) ,

    what we have are 4 local and 3 remotes that we want to be able to video conference,
    the 3 remotes are all at different sites, the AMD 1k is one of those sites,

    any and all advice gratefully accepted
