M-JPEG Converter

    Hi everyone,

    Despite the fact that I'm sure there are others out there with similar problems, I can't seem to find any adequate help anywhere. I own a Canon PowerShot A510 digital camera which works pretty well for what I use it for, except for one thing. It takes video and saves it as M-JPEG encoded AVI's. This is fine for straight viewing, but as the camera can only take a max of 3 minutes of video, I often want to edit the clips together. The problem is that Adobe Preimere (6.5) cannot read and import these files. I tried finding free decoding or converting software to no avail.
    Does anyone have any sugestions? Thanks.
